No trip to Seoul, South Korea, is complete without visiting the royal Gyeongbokgung Palace. Hundreds of years ago the royal family wandered on these grounds, nowadays it\u00b4s tourists from all over the world. Many things have changed in South Korea\u00b4s capital since then, where the borders between tradition and future are flawless, besides one fact: The traditional South Korean hanbok is still a common dress. Mostly worn by visitors strolling around the historical site. Why is that? Where does the adherence of South Korean history come from? As it\u00b4s actually mostly young people wearing the colourful dress, while taking pictures of each other. From the front, from the back, standing in front of historical walls and perfectly trimmed trees. Two girls, holding hands, a shy glace over their shoulders, a group synchronously stretching their hands up in the air: All of these seem to be the typical photo motives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
